1.1. Order Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order, before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

1.2. Non-Cancellable Items:
Cancellations are not accepted for:

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., beauty or personal care products)

  • Items already processed or shipped

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at purchase

2. Return Policy

2.1. Return Window:
We offer a 4-day return window from the date of delivery.

2.2. Eligibility Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

2.3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)


3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

4. Damage Policy

We ensure products are delivered safely. However, in rare cases of damage:

  • Report damages within 24–48 hours of receiving the package

  • Share clear photos and a brief explanation of the issue

Upon verification, we offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method


5. Refund Policy

5.1. Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not feasible

  • Applicable for cases of shipping damage, order errors, or cancellation before dispatch
